My ideal week would feature plenty of time for travel and writing about my travels. I’d work in my own personal bookstore that would have a coffee shop alongside it during the weekdays. There’d be a reading nook with the stars shimmering in iridescent hues against an ebony backdrop. Meanwhile the lighting would be comforting enough to relax a reader but just bright enough to keep people among the conscious. I’d happily grant a bookstore my 9-5 throughout the work week if I built up an incredible community that kept everything exciting and refreshing.
After hours, I could live in my store like the old days. It would be a wonderful way to blend elements of the old ways with modern living standards. I know that I’d love to have a greenhouse room as an oasis after a hard day of work. Perhaps that would be a Thursday or Friday night sort of R&R moment.
The weekends would be devoted to sightseeing. I’d love to travel all over the world, possibly visiting a new city once or twice a month. Many days would feature exploring historical sites or just touring locations around the globe. Then, I’d return back to wherever I’m living and do the week over. If I could reach a pace like this and sustain it, that would be my ideal week in a nutshell.
