I once had a complete plan for how I would get my tattoos arranged on my body, but that plan has changed in recent months. My first plan was to get tattoos that represented all of my family members along my limbs. However, I have new ideas for tattoos.
At this current moment, I’d probably still get a tattoo on either my arms or my shoulders, but the design would be different. Instead of doing one that represents my family, I’d choose one that represents me. My first two choices are a rose or a pair of swords. Part of me wants to say I’d do like my best friend did and get a tattoo of my favorite dark soul’s weapon, though I sincerely doubt it.
Instead, I’d probably choose one of the weapons that I’ve created for my novel drafts because some of those are really cool. One example I’ve made is a scythe that can be split into two smaller scythes by the wielder’s magic. Another is a set of magic imbued firearms that can calibrate their damage output based on how much manna is poured into them.
If I were to get a rose, it would certainly be a dark rose. If you’ve ever seen a Turkish Halfeti rose, I would probably have the tattoo artist do a color a little redder than that. In fact, this rose would be black going up the stem and to the base of the flower. The rest of the flower would become a deep crimson color before the very tip of the petals, which would be a light red.
