First off, why do I have to pick only one? Second, I think I’d probably pick a dragon of some kind. However, I think it would take me a little while to narrow down which universe I’d like to pick my dragon from. I mean, the Stormdrake from Dark Souls 3 would be a great choice because he was the king of dragons, but I wouldn’t have anywhere to keep him. He’s way too big and might blow my house away with his wings. Plus, there are other dragons who can take different forms to remain inconspicuous. So, I’d probably say a dragon that can transform into a humanoid shape or adjust their size because I wouldn’t like to explain how a dragon suddenly appeared to the government. That sounds like a hassle…
If I’m in a fantasy world, that would change things because then I wouldn’t have to worry about anything at all. I’d probably pick an animal like Aapa from Avatar: The Last Airbender because it would be so cool to ride a flying bison. Plus, Aapa is the most loyal companion you could ever ask for.
