The angels of death were all thought to be dead
Yet one angel survived well beyond her siblings
As her siblings died, their power was bound
To death himself as he subjugated their souls
But Nilhir, the final angel, refused to die
Perhaps she had too much will within
Too strong a connection to Balance
As the cornerstone of a fallen concept.
Wounded she may have been,
Nilhir stumbled her way into Ilmaria
Falling to her knees before Elenirah
The water goddess pitied the angel
And bound her soul within a necklace
Preserve Nilhir until she could find a soul
Strong enough to house the angel’s power.
One day, Tyrea called the water goddess
To tell her the exciting news
Tyrea, heir to the Ilmarian throne,
Was expecting a boy, a demon child,
A cold chill cut though Elenirah’s heart
Unlike anything she felt before
Raw, unadulterated terror
So, Elenirah touched the amulet,
Pouring the slumbering angel’s soul
Into the boy’s
The two souls interwove with one another
Forging a silver-blue tapestry
Thus, the child became something new
Unseen and unknown
A descendant of three gods.
However, his demonic nature was purged
When Nilhir was bound to him
So too was his connection to Ubelyta
Though she always felt his pulse
Singing sweet melodies in her ear
To wield Ellewyn’s power against Perigor
Would be her greatest revenge
So, the chaos goddess schemed,
Awaiting the day her acolytes set her free.
